Returns: We do not offer refunds on our products. However, we are happy to assist you with exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Size Issue: If you receive an item and it doesn't fit, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size.

  2. Defective Product: In the rare event that you receive a defective product, we will promptly exchange it for a new one.

Exchange Process:

  1. Initiating an Exchange:

    • To initiate an exchange request, please send us a direct message on our official Instagram account (@saanchistore) within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
    • In your message, provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

  2. Verification:

    • Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for additional information or images for verification purposes.

  3. Approval:

    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

  4. Shipment Fee:

    • For all exchanges, a nominal shipment fee of 200 rupees will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and shipping the exchanged item to you.

  5. Return Shipment:

    • You will be responsible for securely packaging the item and returning it to the address provided by our customer service team.

  6. New Shipment:

    • Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  • The exchange request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the shipment.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipment fee of 200 rupees for the exchange.
